Good afternoon, 7-10 after the tick bite, according to the results of the Ig M i G Borelioza analysis, the antibiotic Amotax was immediately prescribed for 20 days (1 tablet * 3 times / day), I just finished taking it. Headaches in recent days, can there be consequences of an antibiotic, could the disease turn into neuroborreliosis?
Thank you

Headaches after the end of the Amotax antibiotic treatment may be a side effect of treatment or a symptom of Lyme disease itself. It is difficult to judge on the basis of such a short description.
It is important to monitor these symptoms and consult a doctor if they are intense or persist. Neuroborreliosis can occur if the infection has not been fully cured, so it is recommended to consult for new neurological symptoms. Serological tests (IgM and IgG) should be performed 4-6 weeks after the end of antibiotic therapy to assess the effectiveness of treatment.

Ps and how long after antibiotic therapy should I take a second test for immunoglobulins or some other tests to make sure that the treatment was successful?
