The manufacturer of the supplement does not provide information on how long it can be used and whether you should take breaks from supplementation.

Since Echinacea strongly stimulates the immune system, a 10-day or 20-day treatment is recommended when taken every 2 days. However, these recommendations apply to medicines, not supplements.

Nevertheless, you can carry out a 10-day supplementation with Swanson and observe the body's reaction. After another 7-10 days, resume the treatment, etc.

Caution should be exercised when combining Echinacea with medications, especially if you are taking, for example, immunosuppressants (immunosuppressants) or steroids - then the use of Echinacea may not be recommended.
