Whether Solinco Can it cause delayed or missing menstruation?
I have been taking Solinco 10mg for over a month, and I have not had my period, could this drug be the reason for this? This is the only variable in recent times.

Solifenacin, sold under the brand name Solinco, is a medication used primarily to treat an overactive bladder. It works by relaxing the bladder muscles, which reduces the frequency and urgency of urination.
Lack of period is not a typical side effect of solifenacin. However, everyone's body reacts differently to medications, and in rare cases, medications can affect your menstrual cycle. Hormonal changes, stress from illness, or other medications can also affect menstruation. In my opinion, it would be good to consult a doctor.
