Can I go back to Nasen and use it every 3 days and stop slowly?

Hello, I have been taking the drug nasen for a year, the doctor said that I am addicted to it and recommended to go on tritico CR, I have been taking it for several days 1/3 of the tablet, unfortunately I have a huge problem with sleeping after this drug, can I take np.co 3rd day take nasen (because it works very well for me) and thus stop taking it? I have also been taking the drug asentra 50mg in the morning for neurosis and anxiety for a month, thank you in advance for your answer

Nasan belongs to the group of psychotropic drugs available on prescription, so the method of its discontinuation should be decided by a doctor. If the method of discontinuation of the drug proposed by the specialist is not suitable for you, consult your doctor again. A pharmacist is not authorized to modify therapy with prescription drugs.
