Yes. Cinnarizinum (cynarizine) is an antihistamine with antiemetic and antiviral effects, often used to treat the symptoms of motion sickness and balance disorders. Coaxil (tianeptine) is an antidepressant that works by increasing the reuptake of serotonin in the brain.
Based on the available pharmacological data, there are no known direct interactions between cynarizine and tianeptine. However, it would be good to keep at least 2-3 hours between medications.
