Yes. Sympramol (opipramol) is an antidepressant and anxiolytic medication that works by affecting neurotransmitters in the brain, such as serotonin and norepinephrine. It is mainly used to treat anxiety disorders and depression. Meteospasmyl is a medication used to treat gastrointestinal disorders that contains alverine (relaxant of intestinal smooth muscle) and simethicone (helps reduce bloating).
There are no direct contraindications to the concomitant use of Opipramol and Meteospasmyl. These drugs have different mechanisms of action and are used for different purposes. It would be good to keep at least 1-2 hours between taking them.
