Are migraines and abdominal pain lasting for 3 months while using Endovelle normal, or does my body react badly to this drug?

I've been taking the Dndovelle for 3 months now and still struggle with migraines and abdominal pain 90% of the time. Not as painful as before, but they are still present and limit micj in my private and working life. Is this normal or does my body not react to the Endovelle?
Before, I always had the most pain during ovulation and periods. Could it be because my period is missing, my body is constantly transmitting these symptoms to me?

The symptoms you describe, such as migraines and abdominal pain, may be related to the side effects of Endovelle, which contains dienogest. Persistent symptoms, although less intense than before, may be due to the lack of menstruation and hormonal changes in the body.
