What are the consequences of incorrect use of Controloc 40 in Helicobacter pylori infection?

I took the wrong dose of controloc 40 when eredicating with pyrel. I only took one pill in the morning. I wasn't aware that I also had to take it before dinner. What could be the consequences and could eradication fail?
