Is it normal for me to feel dizzy after medication Mesopral?

I've been taking Mesporal for a few days now and at night when changing position I feel dizzy and when getting out of bed. During the day everything is ok, can it be like that?

Mesopral (omeprazole) is a proton pump inhibitor drug used primarily to treat gastroesophageal reflux, gastric and duodenal ulcers.

One of the possible side effects of omeprazole can be dizziness. While this is not a very common side effect, it can occur in some patients. If dizziness or other worrying symptoms occur, you should consult your doctor, who can assess whether it is safe to continue treatment and whether any changes in therapy are needed.
