Can I be pregnant even though the test didn't show anything?

Such a question on June 17 was found to be a frozen pregnancy for 3 months, June 18 was already on the case, and now August 3 and menstruation has not yet been, but is there a faint brown discharge or is there a possibility that pregnancy has occurred? But the test didn't show anything

In the situation described, brown discharge may suggest various processes, including possible implantation, but it is not a clear proof of pregnancy. The lack of a positive pregnancy test result, despite the delay in menstruation, may indicate hormonal disorders or biochemical pregnancy.
