Accidentally oversleeping I took a dose of 10mg instead of 7.5mg of Nebilet. I feel very sleepy all day. Should I go to the hospital or just give it up.

Taking a dose of 10 mg of Nebilete instead of 7.5 mg can lead to increased side effects, including drowsiness, especially if you are not used to a higher dose. Nebilet (nebivolol) is a beta-blocker that can lower blood pressure and affect heart rhythm, which can make you feel tired or drowsy.

Your blood pressure of 122/75 mmHg and pulse in the range of 75-85 beats per minute are normal, which is a positive signal. I would recommend consulting a doctor if the drowsiness is severe or accompanied by other symptoms such as dizziness or shortness of breath.
