I have a question for 12 days I have been taking myconafine 250mg I have to get to 28 tablets I suffer from PsA on my face, currently after this drug there are no side effects such as chest pain, headache, fatigue and mental deterioration can this drug cause such effects?

Myconafine can cause muscle and joint pain, headaches, deterioration of well-being, increased fatigue. Usually, these symptoms disappear after a few days after the end of therapy.
It may be worth measuring blood pressure regularly. These symptoms may result, for example, from hypotension.
