Hello. Should I change the evra patches at the same time? On the day of changing the patch, I change it at 5 p.m. or on the day when I should remove it for a week off, should I also do it at 5 p.m.? Does changing the patch change times affect the effectiveness? And can I apply the patch to my upper back between my shoulder blades? Thank you in advance for your answer

To @Gosia:
No form of contraception provides 100% protection against pregnancy. The effectiveness of Evra contraceptive patches is very high and amounts to 0.2-0.8 according to the Pearl index. The Pearl index indicates how many women in 100 will get pregnant in a year using a given method of contraception. Interrupted intercourse further reduces the likelihood of pregnancy.
So with sex without a condom, without cumming inside, the chance is actually 0?

It is not possible to get pregnant in such a case.

It is not necessary to observe the time of changing the patch. It is important to change it every 7 days, more or less at the same time of day. It does not always have to be 5 p.m., but e.g. always the second half of the day - then the protection will be maintained.
Yes, you can stick a plaster between your shoulder blades. The manufacturer recommends:
"EVRA should be applied to clean, dry, hairless and undamaged healthy skin around the buttocks, abdomen, outer upper arm or upper torso where tight clothing will not rub against the patch."
The space between the shoulder blades is the upper part of the torso, so the patch will work properly.
