Clarzole (letrozole) and Famogast (famotidine) are two different drugs used for different therapeutic purposes. Clarzole (Letrozole) is an anticancer drug, aromatase inhibitor, used primarily to treat breast cancer in postmenopausal women. Famogast (famotidine) is a drug from the group of H2 receptor antagonists, used in the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux and other conditions associated with excessive secretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. There are no known direct interactions between letrozole and famotidine, which means that these drugs can be used concomitantly. However, as always in the case of using several drugs at the same time, it is worth keeping at least 1-2 hours between their use.
