Yes, Pylera and aripiprazole can be used at the same time, but this should always be done under close medical supervision.

Pylera is a combination of three ingredients: bismuth (which has an antibacterial effect), metronidazole (an antibiotic) and tetracycline (an antibiotic). It is mainly used to treat an infection caused by Helicobacter pylori.

Aripiprazole, on the other hand, is an antipsychotic drug that is used to treat disorders such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and sometimes depression.

It would be good to keep at least 1-2 hours between medications.
