How many days before the molar extraction procedure should be discontinuedAgregex, whether I can replace it with another medicine, e.g. Clexane?

Can I have a molar extraction while taking AgreFre? If not, how many days before should it be discontinued and can it be replaced, for example, with Clexane?

Agregex or Clexane are prescription drugs and should not be discontinued without medical consultation. Both drugs have anticoagulant properties. According to the manufacturer's information on Agregex, if a patient is to undergo elective surgery and the antiplatelet effect is temporarily undesirable, treatment with clopidogrel should be stopped 7 days before surgery. Tell your doctor and dentist that you are taking clopidogrel before scheduling any surgery.
