The starting dose of duloxetine is often 30 mg per day. It is usually used for several days or weeks to assess the patient's tolerance and response to the drug.
It is recommended to increase the dose to 60 mg per day after about a week or more, depending on the patient's response and doctor's recommendations.

In some cases, your doctor may advise you to increase your dose further. Do not increase the dose of the drug on your own - this should be done under the supervision of a doctor and according to his recommendations.
