I have a question. My daughter is being treated for hypothyroidism. She was given a bibloc medicine for her heart and is to take it at night. After reading the leaflet, she did not take it because she was afraid. Should he take it at night as the doctor recommended. Does it have low blood pressure and heart palpitations in the evening mostly?

Medicines containing levothyroxine are used to treat hypothyroidism, which may reduce the effect of bisoprolol in Bibloc. According to the information contained in the Summary of Product Characteristics Bibloc, this medicine should be taken in the morning, but in some cases (e.g. due to drug interactions between the drugs used, since the drug with levothyroxine is taken on an empty stomach, in the morning) the doctor may recommend a different time to take the medicine, taking into account the patient's health condition and the course of the disease. If you have any concerns about your treatment, please contact your doctor. Do not change the time of taking the drug yourself without prior medical consultation.
