The concomitant use of Pylera with medicines containing olanzapine (Zyprexa) and venlafaxine (Effexor) may increase the risk of serious heart rhythm problems. These symptoms may or may not necessarily occur in you. Each body reacts differently to treatment, the occurrence of side effects depends on individual tolerance to drugs or doses used.

If the same doctor or another doctor with information about the medications you are taking has prescribed the medication, follow the dosage instructions and observe your body carefully, and contact your doctor immediately if you have any disturbing symptoms (e.g. pain in the heart area, arrhythmias, shortness of breath, fainting). If they have been prescribed by different doctors, you should consult a specialist about the safety of their simultaneous use in your case.
