Can I take Cyclo-Progynova without a 7-day break at the beginning of menopause?

I have a question, I am 56 years old, I am in the early stages of menopause, I was given cyclo-progynova. The doctor wrote 1 tablet a day for 63 days on the prescription, the leaflet says that for 21 days and 7 days break, I have a dilemma whether I understand the doctor correctly. Is it supposed to be taking in one go? However, is there to be a 7 pumpkin break?
