When you are treated with Leflunomide (used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases), caution is needed when performing cosmetic procedures such as Botox. Leflunomide weakens the immune system, which increases the risk of infection and may affect the healing process. I would recommend great caution and, if possible, refraining from this type of treatment for the duration of therapy.
