Do I need to take two doses of 150 mg at once when increasing the dosage of Bupropion?

If I have been taking bupropion for a month 150mg and I do not feel satisfaction with the effect they bring.
It was the psychiatrist who recommended a dosage of 300mg, but I did not ask at what intervals I should take it Whether both in the morning or in the morning and the next one in a few hours.

Information contained in the summary of product characteristics:

"The recommended starting dose is 150 mg once daily. In clinical trials, the optimal dose has not been established. If no improvement is seen after 4 weeks of treatment with 150 mg, the dose may be increased to 300 mg once daily. A 24-hour interval should be observed between doses."

Take the 300 mg dose at a time, at the same time as you were taking.
