If you do not have kidney problems, taking two Panadol tablets with Nimesil at a time should not pose a risk.
However, this combination should not be used as it increases the risk of kidney dysfunction.
In the event of pain in the lumbar region, change in urine color, reduced urine or other disturbing symptoms, you should urgently consult a doctor.
