Take Duphaston (dydrogesterone) exactly as directed by your doctor. If dosed 3 times a day with 1 tablet, it is best to use the drug as follows:

First tablet in the morning, after breakfast (e.g. around 8:00 a.m.)

Second tablet in the afternoon (e.g. around 14:00-16:00)

Third tablet in the evening, before bedtime (e.g. around 8:00-10:00 p.m.)

Try to keep about 6-8 hours between doses, which will help keep the level of the drug in your body constant. Swallow the tablets whole with water. Duphaston can be taken with or without food.

The exact times you take the medication can be adjusted to your individual daily schedule. The most important thing is to maintain regularity and even distribution of doses throughout the day. If you have any questions or concerns about using Duphaston, please consult your doctor.
