Does Dicloberl Retard thin blood?
Once, after taking several aspirin tablets within a few days, I had very heavy bleeding during my period. Is there also such a risk when taking this drug?

Dicloberl Retard, whose active substance is diclofenac, is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). NSAIDs, including diclofenac, can affect blood clotting, but they are not typically classified as blood thinners (anticoagulants).
NSAIDs can inhibit platelet aggregation, which means they can reduce the ability of platelets to clump together and form clots. This can lead to an increased risk of bleeding, especially in people who are taking other medicines that affect blood clotting at the same time. It is therefore possible that you have noticed much more bleeding than usual during the simultaneous use of the drug and menstruation.
