Ursopol (ursodeoxycholic acid) is a drug used mainly in the treatment of liver disease and gallstones. There is no direct evidence that ursopol interferes with the results of stool tests for parasites. Stool testing for parasites is performed to detect the presence of eggs, larvae, or adult forms of parasites in stool samples.
If you have doubts about the effect of any drug on the results of diagnostic tests, it is worth consulting a doctor or laboratory conducting the test.
