According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the recommended dosage of Levoxy for acute bacterial sinusitis is 500 mg once daily. In other types of infections, doses of Levoxy reach 1000 mg per day.
The doctor selects the dosage of drugs based on his knowledge and the patient's health condition, it may be different from the one recommended in the medicinal product documentation.
