Today is the sixth day since the last intercourse. Last week I did a blood test and it came out 0.2, Today I repeated the test and it came out 0.532 - is it possible that I am pregnant? Only this is only the initial stage and that's why beta HCG grows slowly?
Does it make sense to repeat the test in a few days?

Both results indicate that there was no pregnancy. However, it should be borne in mind that performing a beta-hCG test on day 6 after intercourse may be too early. The earliest determination should be performed at least 6 days after fertilization. Fertilization, on the other hand, can take place up to 72 hours after intercourse (in favorable conditions even up to 5 days after intercourse).
In order to exclude or confirm pregnancy, the test should be repeated in a few days.
