A week before the breast surgery (damaged implant), the doctor recommended discontinuation of saxenda. I'm a week after surgery, when can I go back to it?

The decision to resume Saxenda treatment after surgery should be made by a doctor who is thoroughly familiar with your health condition.
This drug is recommended to be discontinued before procedures carried out under general anaesthesia because there are concerns that the patient using these drugs during the procedure is at risk of aspiration of gastric contents into the lungs. Therefore, I do not see any contraindications to resuming treatment after the procedure. However, I would like to point out that the final decision rests with the doctor.
