Good morning... I have a gout attack and the question is whether it is better to use a Dicloberl suppository - although then it hurts around the anus ... Should I take a Dicloduo tablet? ... which is safer ( recently I had frequent attacks and I took pills and now I don't know if I should change it.... I'm a little afraid of side effects..)

The use of Dicloberl in the form of a suppository or Dicloduo in the form of a capsule will carry the same risk of side effects as the active ingredient. Both routes of administration cause systemic effects.
Rectal administration has a faster onset of action, and the maximum plasma concentration is reached about 30 minutes after administration. The active ingredient from Dicloduo capsules is released gradually, the maximum concentration is reached after 2-3 hours.
The choice of form should be made on the basis of whether the analgesic effect is expected to occur more quickly and whether the discomfort occurring after rectal administration is significant enough to opt for the oral form of diclofenac.
Dicloberl and Dicloduo are prescription medications and should be used according to your doctor's instructions.
