Hello, I have been taking bisocard 2.5mg for more than a month because of the high heart rate and I have noticed that I have a kind of throbbing in my foot when I walk and sometimes tingling in my hand, it worries me a lot. I often feel tired

Fatigue is one of the common side effects of beta-blockers. This is due to a decrease in heart rate and blood pressure, which can cause a feeling of weakness, especially at the beginning of therapy.
