The symptoms you describe may be related to the use of Bisocard. Bisocard is a beta-blocker drug whose main action is to lower heart rate and blood pressure.
Fatigue is one of the common side effects of beta-blockers. This is due to a decrease in heart rate and blood pressure, which can cause a feeling of weakness, especially at the beginning of therapy.
Throbbing in the foot and tingling in the hand may be related to changes in peripheral circulation, which can also occur with beta-blockers. Bisocard can affect the blood flow in the extremities, which can lead to these sensations.
In this situation, I encourage you to consult your attending physician to assess your symptoms and possibly modify your treatment. Do not stop or change the dosage yourself.
