Azalea is a contraceptive drug containing desogestrel (progestin), indicated for use in the prevention of pregnancy. Sometimes, however, it is prescribed off-label by gynaecologists to alleviate menopausal symptoms. This medication can help relieve the discomfort of menopause, but it's important to remember that everyone's body responds differently to treatment. In terms of side effects, breast pain, irregular bleeding, mood changes, acne and weight gain are commonly reported, m.in may or may not necessarily appear in you. If you have any doubts about the treatment, if you experience worrying symptoms or if you do not notice the effects of the therapy, you should consult your doctor.
