Is taking the tablets Naraya Plus, at a time other than the first day of the cycle, can lead to the fact that bleeding will not occur?

Good evening
The gynaecologist prescribed me noraya plus as indicated from July 19 (tomorrow) hoping that I would get my period by then. I've been having very irregular cycles lately and I'm afraid that tomorrow I won't start my cycle. Can the therapy started tomorrow prevent menstruation, Which one am I waiting for?

Taking Naraya Plus should start on the first day of the cycle, i.e. on the first day of menstrual bleeding.
If your doctor has recommended that you start your cycle at the start of your cycle (setting the expected start date for July 19), wait until you have menstrual bleeding to take the tablets.

Taking the tablets without a break for menstrual bleeding may result in no bleeding or minor bleeding and mid-cycle spotting.

If the therapy is started on a day other than the first day of the menstrual cycle, the contraceptive effect of the drug may be impaired.
