Pylera + Nolplaza 40 + HelicoGastrin.
Pylera is for 10 days, should I STOP taking Nolplaza 40 at the end of Pylera?
I will add that I do not have heartburn or ulcers. The only symptom of helicobacter is a periodic increase in the number of bowel movements during the day and low ferritin levels.
I take Pylere 4 times a day (after breakfast, lunch, dinner and before bedtime), Nolplaza 40 2 times a day (1 hour before breakfast, 1 hour before dinner). HelicoGastrin during lunch 1x a day.

Whether you need to continue using PPIs (e.g. Nolpaza) after treatment with Pylera depends on whether you have ulcers.
Prolonged PPI therapy is recommended if the patient has a gastric ulcer or a complicated (most often bleeding) duodenal ulcer. In patients with gastric ulceration, PPI therapy is recommended to be continued until healed, which is monitored endoscopically (every 4–6 weeks). In the case of uncomplicated duodenal ulcers, prolongation of PPI therapy is not recommended.
To sum up, if you do not have ulcers, you can stop taking Nolpaza when you finish Pylera treatment.
