How to properly brew linden tea? Can linden be boiled?
Good morning! I found 2 ways to create linden tea - health.
1. Pour boiling water over it and wait 15 minutes.
2. Boil and wait for it to boil for a while, wait 15 minutes and then drink.
Which method is better? Can linden be boiled at all? I will be grateful for an answer to both questions :)
