Can I be pregnant if I don't have my period and all my pregnancy tests were negative?

Hello I have PCOS, I had a unprotected sex. I test multiple times, last one was after 17 days intercourse. I used early (10ml) pregnancy tests. All of them negative. I had spotting the time i supposed to have my period. Can I be pregnant?

Given that you have had early pregnancy tests (10 mIU/ml) 17 days after intercourse and all of them were negative, the likelihood of pregnancy is low.

PCOS can make it difficult to get pregnant due to ovulation disorders. Women with PCOS often have irregular cycles and infrequent ovulations, which reduces the chances of conception. women with PCOS often have irregular cycles, so a delay in menstruation alone does not necessarily mean pregnancy.

If you have doubts about this situation, it is always worth consulting a doctor who can provide more personalized advice. If you are not able to make a face-to-face visit, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:
