Exbol contains two active substances, tramadol and acetaminophen. The maximum effect of Exbol is reached about 2 hours after administration. The period after which the concentration of Exbol drops by half is 2-3 hours for paracetamol and about 6 hours for tramadol. The complete elimination of the active ingredients of Exbol is about 10-15 hours for paracetamol and about 30 hours for tramadol. Within this time frame, the Exbol tablet works, with the passage of time the effect is weaker.
