It was not written which painkiller it was.
According to the Summary of Product Characteristics of Tranxene, analgesics from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (https://www.gdziepolek.pl/atc/M01A/niesteroidowe-leki-przeciwzapalne-i-przeciwreumatyczne) do not interact significantly with Tranxene. Opioid analgesics used concomitantly with Tranxene increase the risk of sedation, respiratory depression, coma and death due to the severity of the inhibitory effect on the central nervous system. Medications that can be combined with Tranxene should be used at an interval of e.g. 2 hours. If the situation requires faster application of an analgesic preparation that does not interact significantly with Tranxene, it can be taken earlier.
