The differences in dosage are due to different product registrations. Esseliv 600 mg is a dietary supplement. Supplements are by definition used to supplement the diet, so the recommended dosage of Esseliv is 1 capsule per day. Essentiale max is a drug, the therapeutic effect is achieved by taking 3 capsules a day.
