In the described scenario, there is no chance of getting pregnant.
For fertilization to occur, sperm must enter the vagina and then into the fallopian tube, where fusion with the egg can take place. In the described situation, when there was no penetration or ejaculation, and the penis did not secrete any fluid (including pre-ejaculate), the chance of pregnancy is practically zero.
If you want to be sure in the future that you will not get pregnant during sexual activity, it is worth considering using an appropriate method of contraception.
