Are there any interactions between Telfast and antiplatelet drugs: Acard 75mg and Areplex?

Hello, I have solar urticaria, I have tested various allergy medications, but the best for me is telfax180, I have coronary artery disease, currently I have antiplatelet treatment, akard75 and areplex, is there any interaction with telfax

I have not found "Telfax" in the list of medicines registered in Poland, if you want to inquire about Telfast or Telfexo, please read on. Otherwise, please clarify the question.

There are no contraindications to the simultaneous use of the drugs mentioned in the question.

Telfast/Telfexo (fexofenadine) 180 mg has no significant interactions with antiplatelet drugs such as Acard 75 mg and Areplex. You can continue treatment for solar urticaria, but it is always worth consulting a doctor if you have any worrying symptoms or doubts about the therapy.
