By mistake, instead of tablet 3 Naraya Plus I took 4. How should I continue to use the medicine?

I take Naraya Plus tablets. Today was the 3rd day since I started the new packaging. By mistake, instead of pill 3 from the blister, I took 4. How should I continue to use them? Can I take the tablet from day 3 on day 4 and then continue taking the remaining tablets from the blister and will the protection be maintained?

Naraya Plus consists of 24 tablets with active ingredients and 4 placebo tablets. Each active coated contains 0.02 mg ethinyl estradiol and 3 mg drospirenone. This means that it doesn't really matter whether you took the 3rd, 4th or fifth pill on the third day. The effect of the drug will be preserved. The numbering of the tablets and their assignment to days is only for the convenience of using the drug by the patient. Please take the tablet from day three on day 4 and then follow the schedule, there is no need to worry.
