If you take Diane-35 regularly, you do not need to take emergency contraception such as EllaOne. The morning-after pill may reduce the effectiveness of the contraceptive pill you are taking. However, after taking the morning-after pill, you should not stop hormonal contraception, if you are using it, but before the next sexual intercourse, use additional forms of protection against pregnancy, e.g. condoms.

With the correct use of the drug - every day, at the same time without omission - the effectiveness of protection against pregnancy is very high and there is no reason to worry.
