What should I do if the Evra patch falls off in the middle of week 3?
Hi, today my Evra patch came off, on Wednesday I should have taken it off anyway as this was my third week. So I was wondering if I should start a new cycle of patch or simply wait until Wednesday 24 to start as always, it's urgent. Thank you

According to the information contained in the summary of product characteristics, if the patch falls off and a new one is not applied within 24 hours, another patch should be applied as soon as possible and a new contraceptive cycle should be started (and additional protection should be used for the next 7 days). If the missing patch is noticed immediately and a new patch is applied immediately, the change can be made on the standard "patch change day" and the effectiveness of the drug will be maintained.
