At the outset, it should be noted that the drugs mentioned in the question: Diazepam and Tillidin are subject to prescription, so the legitimacy of combining them in therapy should be assessed by a doctor.

The concomitant use of benzodiazepines (such as Diazepam) with opioids (such as Tillidin) increases the risk of serious side effects, including drowsiness, difficulty breathing (respiratory depression), and even coma.

If medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, consultation is needed to determine whether the medicines can be used at the same time and whether there is a need to change the method of administration. If the medication is prescribed by the same doctor, please follow the dosing schedule. Please inform your doctor about any alarming symptoms.
