Emergency dosage - the drug can be taken at a dose of 10 mg or 20 mg about 30 minutes before planned sexual activity. The effects can last up to 36 hours, which allows for some flexibility in the time of application.

Daily dosage: Tadalafil can also be taken daily at a lower dose, typically 2.5 mg to 5 mg once a day, regardless of sexual activity. Daily use may be recommended for people who have more frequent sexual contact (more than twice a week) or when such therapy is considered more appropriate by a doctor.

In any case, it is important to follow your doctor's instructions regarding dosage and how often you take the drug. Never change your dosage without talking to your doctor. If, in your doctor's opinion, it is more appropriate for you to take the drug every day at a dose of 5 mg - follow the recommendations.
