Can I take Kalbax and Budesonide together even though there are strong interactions between them?

Good morning, the doctor prescribed me kalbax and budesonide. I checked and there are strong reactions between these drugs. Can you take them together in this case? I will add that I have to use the preparation 2x1

There are no strong interactions between clarithromycin (the active substance in Klabax) and budesonide that would prevent them from being used together.
