Yes, you can take Lamitrin with Trileptal if the medicines have been prescribed by one doctor or doctors who have been informed of all the medicines you are taking.
The use of Trileptal concomitantly with lamotrigine (Lamitrin) was associated with an increased risk of adverse reactions (nausea, somnolence, dizziness and headache).
