Can I be pregnant if my period is very painful and bright red after taking the emergency pill?
I had sexual intercourse with a guy and he cummed in me. A few hours later, I took an emergency pill. Menstruation usually comes differently in the early days of the month, but the lower abdomen did not hurt much. The exception occurred after sex, pills, the lower abdomen hurt very much to the point that everything darkened and I almost fainted, took anesthesia, my periods are kind of scanty and bright red. I hope I'm not pregnant?

Yes, you can take Doxycycline and Duphastone at the same time, especially if you are using the medication as directed by your doctor. These two drugs act on different mechanisms and do not exhibit significant pharmacological interactions.
Due to the fact that all of the listed drugs are prescription, you should follow the dosage instructions given by your doctor when using them.

An emergency pill (e.g. EllaOne, Escapelle) is most effective when taken as soon as possible after sex, preferably within 24 hours. Its effectiveness decreases over time, but it can work up to 72-120 hours after intercourse (depending on the type of pill).
The emergency pill can cause various side effects, such as lower abdominal pain, changes in the menstrual cycle, mid-cycle bleeding, or changes in the intensity and color of bleeding.
In this situation, it is worth taking a pregnancy test about 3 weeks after intercourse or if your period is late. I also encourage you to consult a gynaecologist to discuss your symptoms. Severe lower abdominal pain and almost fainting are symptoms that require consultation with a specialist.
