Can abdominal pain and discharge appear after a year of taking Zafrilla?
Good morning, I have been taking zafrilla for a year, without ever too many problems, now I have been feeling the symptoms of the cycle for 4 days and in the last two also discharges, I have pain and I don't know if I should interrupt it or if it is a normal effect perhaps due to excessive heat?

'Persistent ovarian follicles (often called functional ovarian cysts) may occur with Zafrilla. Most of these blisters are asymptomatic, although some may be accompanied by pelvic pain."
Common side effects that patients see with Zafrilla:
"Breast discomfort, ovarian cyst, hot flashes, uterine bleeding, and/or
vagina, including spotting."
The symptoms have appeared recently, but if the problem persists or intensifies in the following days, I encourage you to visit a gynecologist. The observed disorders may also accompany e.g. lifestyle changes, stress reactions, etc., so I suggest analyzing the last activity that could have affected your well-being.
